The project owner is Ghana Natural Gas Corporation. This project is the first major oil & gas infrastructure construction project in Ghana. With 850 million USD of contract value, this project includes 6 subprojects of offshore pipeline, gas processing plant, onshore pipeline（Main line and branch line）, NGLs exporting system, LPG loading area, Office complex.

In Nov, 2014, the main project was successfully put into production at one time. Until Jun, 2016,the whole project system has been safely operated for 588 days, processing raw gas 903 Million mᵌ, producing LPG 234.8 Thousand Tons，condensate oil 43.4 Thousand Tons with each index superior to international standards.

The high quality and efficiency construction, safe and smooth operation of this project have made SSC widely praised in Ghana, including Ghana Gas Award to Project for outstanding performance2013, Prize for 5 million safe man-hours without lost time injury，Excellent company of 2013“Enhance the civilized quality of overseas Chinese enterprise employees activity” hold by Economic Davison of the Chinese Embassy in Ghana, and GOGA Award for Engineering and Construction Company of the year 2014.
