Shale Gas Factory-Mode Efficient Fracturing and Testing Technology

Featuring five advanced achievements including “integrated high-pressure fracturing systems with distributed flow control”, this technology has set over 20 operational records, such as achieving a maximum of 9 fracture stages per day on a single pad. It holds 24 authorized patents. Since 2016, it has been applied in more than 500 wells, establishing a “Chinese benchmark” for efficient, low-cost, and environmentally sound operations.

High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) Testing and Completion Tools

The company has independently developed a suite of HTHP testing and completion tools, including mechanical packers, hydraulic packers, and permanent hydraulic packers rated up to 105 MPa and 204°C. These tools have set more than 10 operational records and received 8 patents. Deployed in 63 well applications in basins such as Tarim and Sichuan, they enable the domestic replacement of mid-to-high-end tools.

Deep & Ultra-Deep Well Testing Technology for HTHP Sour Reservoirs

Innovations include integrated multi-functional testing and completion technologies for “3-High” wells (high temperature, high pressure, high H2S). A leading domestic HTHP downhole tool laboratory was established, and over 20 records have been set, including successful testing at 9,300 meters depth. With 38 patents granted, the technology has been applied in 1,020 well operations in “3-High & Ultra-Deep” reservoirs, contributing to the discovery of 26 thousand-barrel-per-day wells in the Shunbei block.

Dissolvable Bridge Plug Tools

This technology encompasses 8 core innovations, including high differential pressure sealing and prevention of dissolved material re-agglomeration. It has set multiple application records, such as deploying 44 plugs in a single well and operating successfully at 146°C. With over 4,600 field applications, it effectively addresses the challenges of efficient multi-stage fracturing in long lateral shale wells and ensures rapid restoration of wellbore access post-fracturing.
