SSC held the 1^st Extraordinary General Meeting, A Shareholders Class Meeting and H Shareholders Class Meeting on November 16^th, 2017 to deliberate and approve resolutions including non-public issuance of A Share and H Share by the company. SSC intended to raise 8 billion USD by the non-public issuance.

The meeting was chaired by Jiao Fangzheng who is vice president of Sinopec Group and chairman of SSC, and all the company's directors, supervisors, senior management and staff in charge of departments were present at the meeting.
